This Site is operated by Eleazar Soto, an Oregon licensed real estate broker (License #201259682) with House of Anders Real Estate, 4708 Riverview Ave, West Linn, OR 97068. My principal broker is Legion Anders (License #201260496).

3. No agency or client relationship

Using this Site, submitting a form, or contacting me does not create a broker-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we both sign a written agreement. Please don't send confidential or sensitive information through the Site's forms.

4. Home values and estimates

Any home value, price range, or market information I provide is my opinion based on available data. It is not an appraisal, and it does not guarantee the price your home will sell for or the time it will take to sell. Actual results depend on market conditions, property condition, and other factors outside my control.

5. Builder and community information

Information about new construction communities, including prices, floor plans, sizes, availability, incentives, features, and commission policies, comes from builders and public sources and changes often. I try to keep it current, but I don't guarantee it is complete or accurate. Please confirm everything with the builder before you rely on it. Builder, community, and trademark names belong to their owners. Their appearance on this Site does not mean the builder endorses me, and I do not work for them.

6. Photos, renderings, and videos

Photos, renderings, and videos on the Site and on my YouTube channel are for illustration. Actual homes, finishes, lot features, and surroundings may differ. Nothing shown is a promise of what a particular home or community will look like or include.

7. Calls, texts, and emails

If you provide your contact information, you agree I may contact you about your inquiry by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Agreeing to be contacted is not required to buy or sell a home. 8. Your submissions
