This policy explains what information eleazarsotorealestate.com ("the Site") collects, how it's used, and your choices.

Who I am. I'm Eleazar Soto, an Oregon licensed real estate broker (License #201259682) with House of Anders Real Estate, 4708 Riverview Ave, West Linn, OR 97068. My principal broker is Legion Anders (License #201260496).

1. Information I collect

Information you give me. When you use a form, call, text, or email me, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, your selling or buying timeline, whether your home is currently listed, and anything you write in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, the Site and its service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies.

This Site isn't used to take payments, and I never ask you to submit payment card or bank information through it.

2. How I use your information

To respond to your questions and provide a home value or pricing review
To represent you as a seller or buyer, including registering you with a builder
To send guides, market updates, or newsletters you request (you can unsubscribe at any time)
To maintain and improve the Site, prevent fraud, and meet legal and licensing requirements

3. Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with:

My brokerage, House of Anders Real Estate, as needed for transactions and legal compliance
Builders and community sales offices, when you ask me to represent you or register you with them
Service providers that host the Site, process forms, send email, or provide analytics (such as Wix). They may use your information only to provide those services
Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or in connection with a sale of my business

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar tools to work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect some features.

5. Calls, texts, and emails

If you give me your phone number, you agree that I may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts. Agreeing to be contacted is not required to buy or sell a home. I send marketing emails only to people who requested them, and each one includes an unsubscribe link.

6. Photos, videos, and third-party content

The Site and my YouTube channel (@EleazarSotoRealEstate) include photos and walkthrough videos of homes and communities. Please note:

Embedded YouTube videos are provided by YouTube and Google, which may set their own cookies. Their privacy policy applies to that content.
Where required, I film with permission from the builder or owner. If you or your property appears in my content and you want it removed, contact me and I will review the request promptly.
Builder names, logos, community names, and descriptions belong to their owners. Their appearance here does not mean the builder endorses me or that I work for them.
Photos and renderings are for illustration. Actual homes, finishes, and surroundings may differ.
Content on this Site is owned by me or used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without my written consent.

7. Real estate notices

Information on this Site is general and is not an offer or an appraisal. Home value estimates are opinions, not appraisals. Prices, availability, and incentives from builders change and should be confirmed with the builder. I comply with federal, state, and local fair housing laws and serve all clients without discrimination.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask me to tell you what information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including under Oregon law, you may have additional privacy rights. To make a request, contact me using the details below. I'll respond within the time the law requires.

9. Retention and security

I keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. I use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or system is completely secure.

10. Children

This Site is for adults and is not directed to children under 18. I don't knowingly collect their information.

11. Links to other sites

The Site links to builder, YouTube, and other outside websites. I'm not responsible for their privacy practices.

12. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when I do.
